Pick-up options:

• Home delivery by courier (2.75 EUR)
• Delivery to a parcel machine - Packeta (1.9 EUR)

The delivery of purchased products is carried out by the Packeta courier service. Packages can be delivered to your home or workplace upon request. Please inform our staff of any special requests when placing your order!
The package preparation time is 1-7 working days from the date of processing! (Depending on which product is added to the cart) In case the delivery differs for any reason, our staff will contact you. The delivery time is guaranteed to be 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the package.

Cash on delivery method: gross 1 EUR
Minimum order amount 11.98 EUR
You can pay with cash or credit card at the courier delivering the package.

IMPORTANT: If you notice any external damage when receiving the package, open the package in the presence of the courier! If there is damage to the product, do not accept the goods, but return them to us by courier! We will arrange for the replacement as soon as possible and investigate the causes of the damage.

The ordered product or products are always packaged by the employee of the contracted fulfillment service provider, thus reducing the possibility of damage during transport.
